How listings are curated
- Sources include Idealista, ImmoScout24, Kyero, Rightmove and other major European portals.
- Duplicates, rentals, auctions, parking spaces, placeholder photos and implausible prices are filtered out before publication.
- New homes arrive twice a week; most listings are re-checked at their source every week, and homes that are gone are removed.
- Every listing links to the original listing on the source portal, where buyers contact the agent directly.

Common questions
Is European Cribs an estate agency?
No. It is a discovery platform. It does not represent sellers, does not handle transactions and takes no commission from agents or buyers.
Does European Cribs give legal or tax advice?
No. The country guides give general information on costs, taxes and residency rules. For an actual purchase, buyers should work with a local lawyer, notary or tax advisor.
How current are the listings?
New listings are added twice a week and most are re-checked at the source weekly. Availability is always confirmed by the agent on the original listing.
