Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law in accordance with § 7 (1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the moment we become aware of a specific infringement.

European Cribs is an independent aggregator, not an estate agent. Each listing shows a single preview image with a source credit; all further photos, descriptions and contact details can be found on the linked original listing. Details come from publicly accessible listings and are checked regularly at the source (see the “last checked” date on each listing); the original listing is always authoritative. Rights holders who do not agree with a listing being displayed can write to hello@europeancribs.com with a link to the listing — we remove the content within 48 hours.
